Shipping policy

We usually dispatch items within one to three days of receiving an order. After that, it takes between 5 and 8 business days for items to arrive.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your product ships, allowing you to monitor your order's location at all times.

Most items are dispatched using either a recognised national courier service or Royal Mail. To allow us to offer an extensive range, we have agreements in place with our suppliers to deliver products directly to you from them.

Please note that our partners and we prioritise sustainability and a safer planet. Our efforts to maintain a low carbon footprint may occasionally extend delivery times by 1 or 2 days.
