How long are shipping times?
We ship items within one to three days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 5 to 8 business days for items to arrive. Deliveries outside the UK are 6-13 working days from shipment.
Please be aware that we and our partners prioritize sustainability and a safer planet. As a result, our efforts to maintain a low carbon footprint may lead to delivery times being extended by 1 or 2 days.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your product ships, and that will let you keep track of where your order is at all times.
Why has my order not shipped yet?
Order fulfilment takes place from Monday to Friday. Orders made on Fridays and weekends are processed on the next working day. Items are dispatched within three days of placing an order.
Which couriers do you use?
All items delivered to the UK are shipped using Royal Mail/Parcel Force, DPD, Yodel or Hermes (Evri). Items delivered outside the UK are shipped using both international courier services and local mail companies.
My tracking number doesn't work.
All orders to the UK are shipped from warehouses to the Royal Mail, Hermes (Evri), or Yodel for delivery via a third-party courier. During this time, tracking numbers may not show as active or may show the status 'sender dispatching the item. Please be patient. It is common for a logistic platform to take a few days to process a fulfilment fully. The order tracker will update when packages are received and scanned by the last carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled or amended within the first 24 hours of purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed, please follow our returns policy to receive a full refund.
What's your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days for faulty items. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. If you wish to return an item for other reasons, the return must be requested by emailing sales@barelycosts.com within 14 days of delivery.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, the wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund or get you a new one.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you don’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know, and we’ll get you a new one.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. For more details, please check our refund policy here.
Where is my refund?
If you have not received your refund yet, please contact your bank or your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at sales@barelycosts.com.
